How to prepare your donation

To help us serve you better, please keep the following in mind when scheduling a pick up for your donation:

Keep items small enough for one person to pick up and carry in a sealed box​

Place any textiles in a standard 67 Litre garbage bag

Gather your household items together and put them in sealed boxes

Make sure each item, bag, or box does not exceed 40lbs in weight

Do not include organic or hazardous materials in your donation

We do not accept any large appliances or furniture

How your clothing donations help

Donate and Make a Difference

Funds are used to directly support children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families.

Green from the Start

By donating, you are also recycling unwanted merchandise, keeping it out of the landfill.

Programming for Families

Through donated items and funds we are able to provide a wide variety of programming for our families.

To: Our Donors

Unfortunately due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis and our desire to protect the health of our donors and staff alike we are no longer doing home pick-ups of donations. Our donors are extremely important to us and to our dream of meaningful family life and community inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities.

If you are able we would appreciate if you could hold onto your donations until such time that we are able to resume service. Once we do we will be in contact with you. In the meantime we wish you and your families good health as we all navigate through this unprecedented time.
